7-Day money back guarantee
If your chosen mobility product does not suit your needs, we’ll refund your money within the first 7 days of delivery (subject to product condition). All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition and include original packaging. For hygiene reasons this is not applicable to bathroom and toilet aids. A re-stocking fee may be applicable (up to 15% of the purchase price).
Warranty on all products
All our products come with a full manufacturer warranty. This can be anywhere from 6 months to full lifetime depending on the product. We choose the brands we stock very carefully. We only select products from well established, reputable companies to ensure that new or replacement parts are readily available in the future. Just show us your receipt as proof of purchase.

Our trained technicians are on-hand to keep your mobility product in good working order. We also offer a responsive in-home servicing option with all prices kept to a minimum.
